The Role

As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the day to day office activities related to normal everyday computers and network usage for the office and remote users. Additionally, routine activities related to the on- and off-boarding process of StickerYou employees.

What You Will Do

• Install, configure, provision, and maintain company computers, mobile devices, software, and peripherals, including monitors, printers, IP phones, and other network-connected equipment.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, remote access, file sharing, network printers, firewalls, and other network services.
• Manage and maintain Hyper-V virtualization environments, including building, configuring, patching, monitoring, and recovering virtual machines.
• Monitor and maintain servers, network equipment, security devices, server room equipment, and hosted IaaS environments supporting the company’s public and private software solutions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT security, remote access, antivirus, backup, data protection, and disaster recovery policies and procedures.
• Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies, including executing recovery plans to minimize downtime and protect critical business data.
• Proactively monitor business-critical IT infrastructure, implement monitoring and alerting systems, troubleshoot issues, and develop action plans to address service disruptions and potential disasters.
• Manage IT hardware and software inventory, procure equipment and licenses as needed, and coordinate with third-party IT service providers, including internet and IP phone vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, network configurations, security procedures, and troubleshooting guides to support reliable day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in CS (or equivalent) with 1–3 years in IT Support or Systems Administration.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and IT admin tools.
• Proven ability to proactively troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and production systems issues.
• Patient, friendly, and clear communicator dedicated to supporting both office and manufacturing teams.
• Detail-oriented, flexible team player with strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about the power of stickers.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of in-office and remote work. This position requires working from the office 2-3 days per week (Tuesday through Thursday).
