About Chatbase

Chatbase is the AI agent platform that 10,000+ businesses use to talk to their customers, from fast-growing startups to global brands like Dolby, Roche, Pearson, Bridgestone and Chuck E. Cheese. Our agents resolve millions of conversations across support, sales and operations.

We launched in 2023, right after ChatGPT, and we're profitable. We got here mostly through self-serve and content, with almost no sales team.

This is the moment. The product is working, customers keep finding new ways to use it, and we're growing fast. Most of our biggest growth levers haven't been pulled yet. The people who join now will build the teams, playbooks and products that make Chatbase many times bigger than it is today, and they'll share in that upside.

The role

This is a product marketing role focused on content. You'll work closely with product, push new features to their limits, and turn what you build into content that gets people excited about what's possible. You'll own it all: finding the use case, building it, telling the story and getting it in front of the right people.

What you'll own

→ Building AI agents, demos and workflows with Chatbase that show what's possible.

→ Turning them into product videos, tutorials, social posts and launch content.

→ Working with product and engineering to find the most interesting ways to show what's shipping.

→ Talking to customers to find the stories worth telling.

→ Experimenting with formats and distribution, and learning what drives engagement and adoption.

Not for everyone

We work in person, five days a week, in downtown Toronto. We move fast and hold a high bar, so if you're looking for a place to coast, this isn't it. If you want the steepest learning curve of your career and a real stake in the outcome, it is.

Pay & logistics

→ Base salary: CAD $85,000–$125,000.

→ Equity.

→ Downtown Toronto, in person five days a week.
