About the Role

We're hiring a NetSuite Systems Analyst in New York to administer and improve the platform that supports Nscale's finance processes.

You'll report to the Director, Finance Tech and partner with finance process owners. Alongside first-line support, you'll build, test and deploy changes to production as Nscale scales globally, keeping the system reliable for its users.

You'll know you're making an impact when finance process owners can rely on NetSuite day to day: requests are resolved, changes are tested before deployment, and access reviews and audit evidence stay current.

What you'll be doing

Administration and Requests

  • Administer NetSuite day to day, managing user roles, permissions, security settings and system configuration.
  • Design and build workflows, custom records, forms, saved searches, reports and dashboards.
  • Manage the request queue, from documenting requirements through to resolution.

Integrations and Reliability

  • Support integrations between NetSuite and other business systems, working with internal teams, vendors and external consultants.
  • Support upgrade testing, run production deployments and maintain environments.
  • Monitor data integrity and system performance, and troubleshoot issues.

Access and Enablement

  • Review user access and security settings periodically.
  • Gather evidence for audit.
  • Train users and maintain system documentation.

KPIs

  • Requests resolved.
  • Changes tested before production deployment.
  • Current user access reviews and audit evidence.

About You

  • 4+ years administering NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite Financials, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and bank reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite imports, exports and mass updates.
  • Exposure to SuiteScript, SuiteFlow or SuiteTalk, and the ability to write specifications for scripts.
  • Exposure to an integration platform such as Celigo, Workato or Boomi.
  • Ability to investigate issues and prioritise competing requests as the system evolves.
  • Comfortable using AI tools day to day to work faster.

NetSuite certification and a professional accounting qualification are a plus, not required.

What we can offer you

At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact. We're building something extraordinary, and we want you at the core.

Highly competitive US compensation package (base + bonus + equity), with performance reviews every 12 months.

Own the day-to-day of a core platform as Nscale grows.

Expect a dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions, with scope that grows as the business does, always with our full support.
