What you'll do

• Build Core’s interfaces and capabilities across desktop, mobile, and connected devices.
• Develop real-time interaction systems that bring together user input, model responses, and agent execution.
• Build features for delegating tasks, managing ongoing work, and reviewing actions that need approval.
• Build connections for Core across apps and devices, giving agents access to the context and tools they need to act.
• Work across client applications, backend services, and on-device software to ship complete features.
• Solve latency, reliability, and synchronization challenges to make Core responsive and dependable in everyday use.

Who you are

• Experience building and shipping substantial features across client and backend systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to work across unfamiliar parts of a stack.
• Experience with asynchronous systems, streaming, real-time communication, or device integrations.
• Comfortable integrating models and tools into working applications and debugging their behavior end to end.
• Care about implementation details, performance, and building software that works reliably beyond a demo.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
