About the role
Delta Capita is growing the team behind Report Hub, our market-leading regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions. We are looking for both Junior and Senior QA Engineers to help ensure the quality, reliability and performance of mission-critical applications.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
- Validate application functionality, data quality and system performance.
- Identify and manage defects through to resolution.
- Support test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Help drive a quality-first culture across the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience
Junior QA Engineers
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Interest in automation, cloud technologies and quality engineering.
Senior QA Engineers
- Significant experience testing enterprise applications and platforms.
- Strong understanding of test strategy, automation and quality engineering practices.
- Experience leading testing activities across complex delivery programmes.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and engage confidently with stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
Experience with some of the following technologies would be advantageous:
- Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence
- Selenium, Playwright, Cypress and SpecFlow
- C#, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Postman, REST APIs and microservices testing
- SQL Server, Azure SQL and data validation
- Microsoft Azure, CI/CD and DevOps practices
- JMeter and performance testing tools
Experience within Financial Services, Capital Markets or regulatory reporting environments would be beneficial, particularly knowledge of EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR or trade reporting workflows.
