As part of our Cloud Engineering team, you will support enterprise environments, monitor mission-critical systems, resolve operational incidents, and learn modern cloud technologies while helping our customers maintain secure, scalable and reliable cloud platforms.
What you'll do
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, system health, performance, security and availability
- Provide L1 operational support by responding to alerts and resolving standard infrastructure incidents
- Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required
- Perform routine operational tasks, health checks and maintenance activities
- Assist with deployments, patching and basic system administration
- Follow operational procedures, incident management and security best practices
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
- Continuously learn and contribute to cloud, automation and digital transformation initiatives
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, Infrastructure or Cloud, or a relevant technical education
- Basic understanding of Linux, networking and cloud concepts
- Analytical thinking and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Endless curiosity
- Fluent English
