Senior UI/UX Product Designer

We are looking for a Sr. UI/UX Product Designer who independently owns product design, turns business and user needs into clear user journeys and interfaces, maintains design systems, and works with developers to deliver usable software products.

- Must Have: (1) Independently designed software products used by real users, with a portfolio showing personal contribution, user journeys and design decisions. (2) Strong hands-on Figma experience, including interactive prototypes and creating or adapting reusable components and design systems. (3) Used user feedback or usability testing to improve designs, and worked with developers to deliver responsive, accessible interfaces

Requirements

Domain: Any industry

Experience: 4+ years in UI/UX or product design

- Core Skills: Product design, UI/UX design, Figma, user journeys, prototyping, design systems, usability testing

- Role Summary: Owns product design from understanding user needs through user journeys, interface designs, usability testing, developer handoff and implementation review.

- Nice to Have: (1) Experience designing enterprise applications, analytics dashboards or other data-heavy products. (2) Previous frontend development experience or practical HTML/CSS knowledge.
