Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Next.js / Node.js + AI Workflows) Company: Dapton Technologies Location: Pune (Kharadi) / On-Site Budget: ₹6.00 LPA – ₹12.00 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Max Key Requirements & Criteria Experience: 3+ Years of hands-on experience in Next.js (App Router, Server Components) and Node.js (Express / NestJS) / React.js. AI Tooling & Automation (Mandatory): Daily active usage of AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) with an expectation to automate 70%–80% of coding and workflows. Database & Architecture: Production experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or ClickHouse, along with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and authentication flow implementation.
Communication: Strong technical communication skills. Location: Based in Pune or ready to relocate immediately.
