AI Product Management Coach

The Role

As an AI Product Management Coach, you’ll combine hands-on AI product management expertise with coaching and capability building. You’ll work alongside client teams to identify where AI can solve meaningful business problems, prioritise the right use cases, and translate opportunities into products and applications that deliver measurable business value.

A key part of your role will be coaching and enabling client Product Owners and business stakeholders. You’ll help establish a product ownership mindset where the business takes accountability for its applications, their ongoing development and maintenance, and the business outcomes they are expected to deliver.

You won’t simply advise from the sidelines. You’ll bring practical product management experience, working alongside client teams to demonstrate effective approaches, influence decisions, and build the skills and confidence they need to take ownership themselves.

Success in your first few months will include building strong relationships with client product and business counterparts, influencing the identification and prioritisation of AI use cases, and establishing an effective approach to product ownership and capability building.

What You’ll Do

Coach and enable client teams to develop strong AI product management and Product Owner capabilities.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritise AI use cases that solve real business problems and create measurable value.

Translate selected opportunities into products and applications focused on efficiency, cost savings, improved experiences, revenue potential, and other measurable business outcomes.

Help establish clear business ownership of applications, including accountability for performance, maintenance, adoption, continuous improvement, and outcomes.

Bridge AI and business conversations, translating technical possibilities into clear product decisions while helping client teams build the capability to do this independently.

What We’re Looking For

9+ years of relevant experience across product management, Product Ownership, technology consulting, or related roles, with demonstrated experience delivering AI products or use cases.

A track record of delivering AI use cases that have generated measurable business value, such as increased efficiency, cost savings, improved experiences, or revenue opportunities.

Strong Product Manager/Product Owner capabilities, with experience taking opportunities from identification and prioritisation through delivery, ownership, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to speak the language of both AI and business and translate effectively between the two.

A consulting and coaching mindset, with experience influencing stakeholders, enabling others, and building sustainable capability within client or business teams.

Bonus Points For

Experience establishing or developing product management or Product Owner capabilities within organisations.

Experience coaching Product Owners, Product Managers, or business stakeholders.

Knowledge of approaches for assessing and prioritising AI opportunities based on feasibility, value, risk, and business outcomes.

Experience working across multidisciplinary teams spanning business, product, data, AI, and technology.

Experience delivering AI-enabled products within financial services or another complex, regulated environment.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
