Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a Java Software Engineer (Full Stack) to develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications and internal business systems.

This is a hands-on software engineering position focused on Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, modern frontend technologies, and relational databases. You will work on applications supporting supply chain management, inventory, logistics, and other business operations.

The ideal candidate has strong backend development experience, familiarity with frontend technologies, and an interest in building reliable software that supports real-world business processes.

Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required for collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs connecting internal applications, databases, and external systems.

Develop and maintain frontend features using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or related technologies.

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and application database logic.

Collaborate with business users and engineering teams to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Investigate application issues, troubleshoot production incidents, and implement reliable solutions.

Support integrations and enhancements involving supply chain, inventory, logistics, and other enterprise business systems.

Maintain technical documentation and contribute to ongoing application improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on development of production applications.

Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.

Experience with relational databases and SQL, such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Familiarity with frontend development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

Experience with object-oriented programming, application debugging, testing, and version control using Git.

Understanding of software development lifecycle practices and enterprise application architecture.

Ability to work independently, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production applications.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, query optimization, and database development.

Experience with MyBatis, MyBatis-Plus, Hibernate, JPA, or similar ORM/persistence frameworks.

Experience developing or supporting SCM, ERP, WMS, inventory management, logistics, or manufacturing systems.

Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise application integrations.

Experience with Redis, Kafka, RocketMQ, or other caching and messaging technologies.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, automated testing, and production deployments.

Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET Core, or AI-assisted development tools.

Experience supporting applications in semiconductor, manufacturing, or other industrial environments.

Work Environment

Full-time, onsite position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work closely with local business stakeholders and distributed engineering teams.

Support ongoing development, system enhancements, and production application maintenance.

Employer-Paid Employee Insurance: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance for eligible employees. Dependent coverage is employee-paid. Coverage generally begins on the first day of the month following the employee's start date.

Paid Time Off (PTO): 96 hours annually during the first year, prorated based on start date.
