About the Role

As our Business Automation & AI Specialist, you will be the person that employees turn to when they want to work faster, simpler and smarter using automation tools and AI. You'll join our IT Support team and help teams across Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations turn repetitive work into automations, self-service and simple agentic solutions.

Your mission is not to hand out AI tools, but to change how teams actually work. You'll take ideas from business problems to prototype, working workflow and real adoption – and measure the impact along the way.

What You’ll Do

You'll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:

  • Identify and prioritise automation opportunities across business teams
  • Analyse existing processes and redesign them to reduce unnecessary manual work
  • Design, build and maintain automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs and integrations
  • Work directly with business users to validate solutions and support adoption
  • Explore practical opportunities to extend automations with AI and LLM-based capabilities
  • Build reusable workflows, documentation and self-service patterns
  • Ensure solutions follow security, access and data protection standards
  • Measure results, including time saved, operational efficiency and ongoing maintenance costs

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven hands-on experience building automations used in real business processes
  • Ability to analyse, simplify and improve business workflows
  • Practical experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks and integrations
  • Confidence working directly with non-technical business users
  • Understanding of error handling, reliability and maintainability
  • Practical familiarity with AI tools and a strong willingness to develop further in this area
  • Fluent Polish and good command of English
  • Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week

Nice to have:

  • Python or JavaScript scripting
  • Experience integrating LLMs into automation workflows
  • Experience with RAG or AI agents
  • Experience delivering workshops or helping teams adopt new tools
  • Experience measuring the business impact of automation
  • Experience building reusable AI solutions, such as prompts, workflows, skills, or automations

And last but not least, we're looking for someone who is:

  • Is a practical builder, not just an ideas person
  • Can translate business needs into working solutions
  • Takes ownership of results, not just delivery
  • Is curious about AI and eager to grow with the technology
