Product Operations Associate

What you’ll do

Fairground Direct operations

• Keep the pipeline healthy: monitor capacity across the team and coordinate with partners to stay ahead of demand.
• Maintain data quality: make sure everything reaching the team is accurate, clean, and compliant.
• Run day-to-day operations: keep the team organized, staffed, and focused on the right priorities.
• Uphold quality standards: review outcomes for accuracy and make sure results are attributed correctly.
• Support scheduled meetings: resolve issues quickly and escalate when needed.
• Own performance reporting: track key metrics and explain what’s driving changes.

Fairground Data customers

• Own every customer request: respond quickly and clearly across channels, and see each one through.
• Find the root cause: understand what the customer is actually experiencing before you answer.
• Escalate issues cleanly: document problems thoroughly and partner with Engineering and Product until they’re resolved.
• Close the loop: follow up proactively so nothing goes cold on your watch.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in product operations customer success, or a deeply-technical customer-facing team, ideally at a SaaS company
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to convey information clearly and concisely,
• Ownership. You come with “here’s what’s broken and here’s what I did about it,” not just the first half.
• AI fluency. You use AI-native tools daily to speed up your work and automate the repetitive parts.
• Comfort with ambiguity. You loop people in early and do well where the process doesn’t exist yet.
