Who We're Looking For

• Candidates with 12-18 months+ experience in technology, software development, data, cloud or related technical roles.
• Tech bootcamp graduates who have completed intensive, hands-on training and are ready to hit the ground running.
• STEM graduates with practical project experience and a passion for technology.
• Individuals looking to accelerate their careers through exposure to enterprise-scale environments and modern technologies.
• Problem solvers with a proactive attitude, curiosity and a desire to keep learning.

✅ Performance-based salary uplifts at 6 and 12 months

✅ 3 days minimum in the office required

✅ Must be one hour commute maximum from Newcastle office or able to relocate
