At Instructure, we believe in the power of people to grow and succeed throughout their lives. Our goal is to amplify that power by creating intuitive products that simplify learning and personal development, facilitate meaningful relationships, and inspire people to go further in their education and careers.
We do this by giving smart, creative, passionate people opportunities to create awesome. And that's where you come in:

Job Description Summary

Instructure is hiring a Director, CRM Product Management to own Salesforce as a product. You'll set the roadmap for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and the third-party apps connected to them, working with directors, VPs, and executives to decide what gets built and why. It's a big moment to join: we're moving from Salesforce CPQ to Agentforce Revenue Management and expanding how we use AI across the CRM.

You'll lead a four-person team that refines and translates requirements, runs delivery and testing, and keeps CRM data clean. You'll work hand in hand with the Director, CRM Systems, and their eight-person CRM administration, development, and engineering team, which owns the build. This is a remote role that reports to the VP, Enterprise Systems and Technology.
