We encourage you to apply if you can demonstrate strong technical abilities, excellence in execution, sound judgement and a willingness to learn. Our collaborative environment supports professional growth, and we value those who can adapt, harness our firm's collective brainpower and take the lead.

Additional responsibilities of this role will include:

• Ensuring mission-critical systems meet the demanding requirements of a high-performance trading environment
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence
• Leading diverse projects ranging from planned maintenance to system upgrades and emergency responses
• Implementing innovative solutions and optimising building automation systems
• Managing relationships with external vendors, contractors and consultants
• Being part of an on-call rotation for nights and weekends to quickly respond to critical system emergencies

About you

• Proficient in building services, including plant infrastructure, HVAC, CRACs, UPSs, generators, fire prevention systems and building management systems
• Have a strong technical aptitude with computer systems and a willingness to learn new software and control platforms in an IT-centric environment
• Skilled in reviewing construction documents, testing/commissioning scripts and approving RAMs for critical scopes of work
• Have a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot field issues independently and make well-reasoned engineering decisions to manage operational risks
• Excellent written and verbal communicator; able to explain complex technical issues clearly to diverse audiences
• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical colleagues across departments and business areas
• Can prioritise tasks effectively and stay organised; can balance assigned work required for constantly evolving environments
• Fluent in English
