Principle Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, administration, optimization, and reliability of enterprise hosting environments supporting SaaS applications. This position requires advanced expertise in Linux and Windows servers, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, automation, and complex technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure supporting SaaS platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, authentication, and application issues.
• Implement automation, configuration management, and infrastructure improvements.
• Support disaster recovery, system availability, security, and capacity planning.
• Lead infrastructure projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and senior leadership.

Requirements

7–10 years of relevant infrastructure engineering experience.

Advanced Linux, Windows Server, networking, and database knowledge.

Hands-on experience with Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar automation tools.

Experience with Docker, VMware, cloud platforms, and scripting.

Strong troubleshooting, technical leadership, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.

Relevant industry certifications preferred.

Ability to support alternative schedules and on-call requirements.
