Full Stack Software Engineer

Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Partner closely with large business clients to understand their day-to-day operations, then design and deliver software that fits those needs. Take deployments from the first scoping conversation through to live rollout, and pass lessons from the field back to the core product team.

What you'll do

- Join client calls, study real working documents and map how everyday processes are carried out.

- Own client deployments from start to finish, deciding what to build and iterating on feedback.

- Work with founders and technical leadership so that field learnings become reusable product improvements.

- Build AI-assisted workflows that pull structure and meaning out of unstructured files such as documents, spreadsheets and email.

- Lead delivery across the user interface, backend services, data model and language model layer, releasing to production quickly.

- Review and refine large volumes of real outputs to raise accuracy, reliability and adoption.

- Apply sound judgement about what not to build.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- About 3 to 6 years of software or product engineering experience, gained at a respected startup, scale-up or leading technology company.

- Full-stack capability, for example Python combined with frontend work; purely frontend profiles are not a fit.

- A strong university background.

- Solid product intuition and design sense.

- Confidence and credibility when working directly with business clients.

- A drive to build from scratch and take real ownership rather than wait for assigned tickets.

- Ability to work on-site five days a week.

Bonus points

- A record of releasing production software used by real people, beyond prototypes or course projects.

- A well-developed sense of UI and UX design.

- Prior founder or early-engineer experience at a startup.

- A background in forward-deployed or solutions engineering.
