The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead the creation of new software features and tools used by engineers, working across the whole stack. You will shape technical direction, move quickly from concept to release, and collaborate directly with company leadership.

What you'll do

- Take responsibility for entire product areas, covering concept, technical design, release and follow-up improvements based on user feedback.

- Create and improve tooling for software developers, including the workflows, interfaces and backend services behind it.

- Collaborate with company leaders to shape, test and launch new ideas within days.

- Make architecture and systems design choices across frontend and backend that will hold up over the long term.

- Prototype AI-powered capabilities quickly, handling prompt design, services and user interface.

- Deliver polished, responsive screens for data views and monitoring that technical users rely on every day.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- At least 5 years of experience leading products from first concept to launch within a startup or other fast-growing company.

- A record of taking new products from zero to launch in uncertain, fast-moving settings.

- Full-stack skills, with deep React and current frontend practices.

- Experience releasing user-facing features that include both interface and server-side work, preferably aimed at technical users rather than internal tooling, research or consumer-only products.

- Daily use of AI coding assistants and experience building product features powered by AI, without needing to be a machine learning specialist.

- Sound judgment in system design and architectural tradeoffs.

- Working knowledge of APIs and software development kits.

- A clear, specific interest in developer tooling, build pipelines and AI coding assistants.

- A direct, organized and concise communication style.

Bonus points

- Prior work at an early-stage company that builds tooling or infrastructure for engineering teams.

- Background in AI-driven products, coding assistants or CI/CD platforms.
