About the role

At Weave, we’re building the operating system for small healthcare practices — powering communication, payments, and now AI-driven experiences for thousands of businesses and millions of patients.

Weave is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to help build and operate reliable, high-performance mobile applications used by thousands of healthcare practices. This role combines hands-on Flutter and Dart development with native iOS expertise, mobile architecture, CI/CD, test infrastructure, release engineering, observability, and platform operations. You will own critical parts of the mobile lifecycle, from design and implementation through automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.

The ideal candidate has strong technical judgment, understands mobile systems deeply, and can improve both the product and the engineering systems behind it. You will partner with Product, Design, Backend, Platform, Security, and Support teams while mentoring engineers and establishing scalable mobile engineering practices.

This is an opportunity to shape Weave’s mobile architecture, improve developer experience, and deliver reliable communication tools that healthcare practices depend on every day.

If you’re excited by meaningful ownership, technical influence, and building products that power real-world businesses — you’ll thrive at Weave.
