Senior Product Engineer, AI Platform, Analytics

About the Role:

Every LLM call, tool call, and agent-to-agent handoff running through the Agentic Data Plane lands as a durable, queryable record. Analytics is what turns that event trail into something people act on: transcripts you can read, audit logs a security team can review. Together they answer the question: what are my agents actually doing, and what is it costing me?

We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join the team building it and working directly with users and customers. This includes the frontend as well as the backend and data layer - this data arrives at high volume, so how you store, aggregate, and query it is also an important part of the job.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Experience delivering products end-to-end
• A track record of shipping in fast-moving environments where the requirements might change over time
• Production experience using AI-assisted software development workflows (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, etc) to accelerate prototyping, delivery, and operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

You will:

• Design and ship analytics features end to end across the full stack: React frontend, Go backend, Redpanda SQL storage layer, Postgres, Redpanda streaming, Kubernetes, Crossplane, Terraform modules, and more.
• Build the user-facing analytics features for Agentic Data Plane such as Audit Log, Transcripts and Agent Network
• Ensure our customers always have all the tools they need to analyze the performance of their agentic workloads
• Ship features and iterate on real feedback loops rather than long design cycles
• Work in a globally distributed engineering team

Nice to Have

• React / TypeScript for customer-facing UIs
• Go for backend development
• Experience working with high-volume data and the query/serving layer on top of it - SQL or streaming data pipelines
• Experience with analytical databases
• You have built an analytics product, dashboards, or data-visualization features in the past

U.S. base salary range for this role is $205,000 - $230,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. We strive to consider each candidate's job-related skills, location, experience, relevant education or training to determine individual base salary.
