Project Manager - Manufacturing Operations

Coordinate manufacturing projects across departments at a leading biotechnology company in Juncos, Puerto Rico. It is a strong next step for a project manager ready to grow in pharma, with exposure to manufacturing, quality and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Plan and track projects, budgets and resources from kickoff to closure.
• Maintain schedules, risk logs and status reports for leadership.
• Run cross-functional meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support change controls, purchasing (Ariba) and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years of project management (or Master's + 2, or Associate's + 8).
• Pharma/biotech experience preferred.
• Ariba, SAP, TrackWise, MS Office.
• Change control experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Benefits
