We are now looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our internal team. The role is responsible for the systematic intake, assessment, prioritization, and high-level analysis of business demands originating from all the Business Units

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify gaps and document system requirements
  • Produce structured documentation such as: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional specifications, Process flows and use cases
  • Support solution design discussions together with developers and technical leads
  • Prepare initial functional test scenarios based on documented requirements in order to support the QA process
  • Assist in validating delivered functionality through early-stage testing and requirement verification
  • Work closely with the QA Engineer to ensure that test scenarios reflect the intended business behaviour of the system
  • Maintain clear and updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in project workshops, requirement clarification sessions and user validation activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and documentation standards within the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in roles such as: IT Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle and system analysis practices
  • Experience documenting functional requirements and business processes
  • Familiarity with modelling techniques such as UML or BPMN is considered a strong plus
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments is desirable
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Competence in Business Analysis & Modelling Techniques such as UML/BPMN
  • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are nice-to-have
