NEURA builds cognitive and humanoid robots, and behind every engineer, line worker and robot trainer sits our Microsoft cloud: identity, devices, licences, and access for thousands of people and devices across our sites. You've automated Entra ID and Intune in large enterprise environments, you know exactly what breaks when scripts meet production, and you'd rather design it right than babysit it. Here, you own the code behind our platform, PowerShell, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and the Graph API, you keep it running day to day with the Service Desk covering first-line requests, and you set the bar for how the whole team builds script-based automation.

Your mission & challenges

• Automation & Orchestration: Design, build, and operate automation with PowerShell, Azure Functions, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps.
• Identity Engineering (Entra ID): Engineer and automate users, groups, licensing, and app registrations through the Microsoft Graph API; maintain Conditional Access and access policies.
• Intune Platform Engineering: Develop and automate compliance policies, configuration profiles, Autopilot, and app deployment as repeatable, documented configurations.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Build KQL queries, dashboards, and alerts in Log Analytics to keep tenant health, compliance, and licensing visible.
• Integrations: Connect Entra ID and Intune with surrounding systems via APIs, so data and processes flow without manual steps.
• Scale & Resilience: Design automation that holds up at enterprise scale — Graph throttling, batching, idempotency, and error handling built in.
• Security & Compliance: Implement technical policies such as Conditional Access and device compliance together with the security team.
• 2nd Level Support: Take escalations from the Service Desk and keep our Microsoft cloud platform running smoothly in day-to-day operations, turning recurring issues into lasting fixes.
• Automation Guidance & Standards: Guide fellow admins in script-based automation: coding standards, reuse, and review. Maintain runbooks and documentation, and share knowledge with the team.

What we can look forward to

• Completed vocational training in IT (Ausbildung) or a bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Microsoft cloud engineering or administration.
• Experience building and operating automation for Entra ID and Intune in large enterprise environments.
• Experience building and operating automation in Azure, such as Azure Functions, Azure Automation, or Logic Apps.
• Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and the Graph API — users, groups, licensing, app registrations, device management, and compliance.
• KQL and Log Analytics for reporting and monitoring.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub) for automation code.
• Strong PowerShell skills, with a habit of writing maintainable, documented code.
• Excellent understanding of security concepts such as Conditional Access and device compliance.
• Structured, independent way of working with strong communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (C1 or higher).
• German at B2 level or higher is an advantage.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
