Executive Assistant to VP, Cloud & VP, Product

The Role

As an Executive Assistant at Mistral, you will support two senior leaders: our VP, Cloud and our VP, Product. These are distinct teams with their own leadership, stakeholders, and priorities. You will be the operational backbone for both, with stakeholders spanning engineering, product, go-to-market, customers, partners, and investors across France, Europe, and the US.

The role has been created because both organizations are scaling fast and their leaders' time is the scarcest resource. You will own the leaders' calendars, communications, travel, and meeting preparation end to end and go further: coordinating cross-functional initiatives, running leadership rituals, and supporting high-stakes external moments such as customer and partner engagements, roadshows, and board or investor touchpoints.

Balancing two executives from different teams takes real judgment: you will arbitrate scheduling conflicts, keep both leaders ahead of commitments, and handle sensitive information with discretion, representing them with professionalism in every interaction. This is a role with real ownership where you will design the processes, dashboards, and ways of working that keep two distinct organizations running smoothly.

What You Will Do

• Run the VP, Cloud's and VP, Product's calendars and priorities across multiple time zones, arbitrating between competing demands to protect their focus for strategic decisions.
• Prepare briefings, agendas, presentations, and follow-up notes for leadership, board, investor, customer, and partner meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of both leaders, handling email, Slack, and calls with clarity, judgment, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate international and domestic travel for both executives, including itineraries for customer roadshows and executive offsites across Europe and the US.
• Organize internal and external events end to end including team gatherings, client meetings, offsites, and company-wide moments.
• Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives that connect the Cloud and Product organizations with GTM, Engineering, Datacenter, and People & Operations, from planning through follow-through.
• Build and maintain both orgs' operational backbone including documentation, dashboards, shared folders, and tracking of deadlines and deliverables.
• Spot inefficiencies and own process improvements or special projects that raise the bar for how both organizations operate.

Skills We're Looking for

• Proven experience supporting senior executives (VP level or above) as an Executive Assistant, ideally multiple leaders simultaneously, in tech, infrastructure, or other complex high-growth environments.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and fluency in French is essential.
• Demonstrated judgment in balancing competing priorities across multiple leaders, teams, and time zones with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong command of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, plus productivity tools such as Notion and Slack.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset - you anticipate needs, close loops, and take ownership of outcomes without being asked.
• A genuine interest in AI and technical products. You learn quickly and engage credibly with engineers, product managers, customers, and executives.
