The Role
We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive Senior Analyst to join Fever’s Global Strategic Finance team. In this role, you’ll work across strategy, finance and operations to support decision-making across our business lines and markets, improve business performance and strengthen financial processes.

- Prepare clear analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders to inform planning and investment decisions.
- Analyze business performance using KPIs, financial models, scenario planning, and root-cause analysis.
- Help build and improve financial and operational processes that can scale across teams and markets.
- Partner with regional and functional teams (e.g., Business Lines, Product, Data and Engineering teams) to share insight analyses that support decision-making and business planning
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy through automation and data validation.
Who You Are
- You have 1.5–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in strategy, consulting, finance, investment banking, or a related analytical role.
- You have a degree in a STEM, quantitative, or business-related field and a strong academic record.
- You’re fluent in English and Spanish.
- You have strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and attention to detail.
- You communicate clearly and can build effective relationships with different teams.
- You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
- You enjoy working through complex problems, even when the answer isn’t immediately clear.
- You’re comfortable adapting to a fast-changing environment.
Benefits and Perks
- The opportunity to contribute to Fever’s global strategy and financial operations in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.
- Exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional projects across business lines, finance, data, product, and operations.
- Competitive compensation, benefits and opportunities to grow your career.
- A collaborative, international and mission-driven workplace.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
- 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
- Work in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets
- Home office friendly
- Responsibility from day one, and professional and personal growth
- Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!
- Health insurance and other benefits, such as flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee
- Gympass membership
- We have free snacks, drinks, and fruit at the office!
- Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
