Product/Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product/Business Analyst to join our product team. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, extensive experience in writing user stories, and a solid understanding of HCM and HR technology platforms. The role requires managing multiple platform initiatives, working with diverse development teams, and continuously learning new tools and technologies to support delivery and execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Write comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps applications. Elicit and document key requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders and development teams.
• Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
• Work directly with platform development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and off-shore resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on new tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance delivery and execution.
• Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities. Collaborate with product teams to ensure proper adoption and utilization of platform features.
• Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into Epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Utilize strong knowledge of HCM and HR technology platforms to drive platform initiatives and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Support the product team in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback gathering to inform product direction.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

• Strong written communication skills and proficiency with Office 365 tools such as Outlook and Teams.
• Familiarity with HCM and HR technology platforms is a plus.
• Experience in creating technical and end-user documentation.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and off-shore resources.
• Ability to align platform initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
