To date, Ubiquiti has shipped over 100 million devices worldwide, from ISP networking products to next generation of IT solutions. Our growth is made possible by the dedicated team of hundreds behind the scenes.

From software developers and product managers to designers and strategists, Team UI is driven to achieve our common goal: Rethinking IT. At Ubiquiti, you’ll heighten your potential and broaden your horizons - all while shaping the future of connectivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product behavior - flows, structure, and interactions;
  • Build scalable, production-ready interfaces and components;
  • Work closely with engineering and product to ship high-quality features;
  • Own work from concept to launch, continuously improving what’s live.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience designing interfaces for web/desktop/mobile applications - ideally in technical, data-dense, or B2B contexts;
  • Strong Figma proficiency and a rigorous approach to component-level thinking;
  • Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy;
  • Ability to push back, advocate for users, and defend decisions with clear rationale;
  • Self-directed - you take ownership and follow through without hand-holding;
  • Experience with AI tools - Claude, Gemini, etc;
  • Fluent in English and Latvian.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with networking, IT infrastructure, or hardware products (or genuine curiosity about them);
  • Experience with design systems and contribution to shared component libraries;
  • Motion design or advanced prototyping skills (After Effects, Principle, or similar).

Benefits:

  • International work environment and work with global development teams;
  • Ability to deliver software that is used by millions of people across the globe;
  • Opportunity to leverage and integrate modern AI tools into product development;
  • Access to all Ubiquiti products;
  • Medical insurance;
  • Hybrid approach - office in Riga;
  • Flexible work hours;
  • Compensation package matching global standards, including competitive salary depending on your qualification and background (starting from 2500 up to 5000 Euro gross monthly);
  • A-class office with all the necessities - snacks, drinks, free parking, etc!
