Software Team lead | .Net

• Lead the design, development and maintenance of applications using C#, .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers throughout the SDLC.
• Design scalable application architectures and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs / Web APIs and backend services.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical development.
• Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies and performance issues and drive appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD, automation and DevOps practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum planning and support successful sprint delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve application performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 6+ YOE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong professional experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core and Web API development.
• Good experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles and software design patterns.
• Experience with microservices architecture is highly preferred.
• Experience with Git/source control and code review practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Cloud experience, particularly Microsoft Azure, is a strong advantage. Current .NET Technical Lead postings also highlight Azure services alongside .NET Core, C# and SQL.
