About the Role

Own product strategy for an AI-powered enterprise contracting platform, taking it from zero to one as the first product manager. You will partner closely with engineering and legal experts to shape product direction and build the product function.

What You'll Do

  • Set product strategy and roadmap priorities, including what to build, what to defer, and why.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback from legal engineers who work directly with customers.
  • Plan and scope work with engineering, adapting delivery plans to AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers and quickly prototype ideas using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Establish product practices for prioritization, documentation, launches, and success measurement.
  • Use SQL or coding agents to analyze product data such as funnels and cohorts.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 to 10 years of product management experience on AI-focused engineering teams, including roadmap ownership.
  • Experience shipping core AI or LLM-based products to production in an AI-centric engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and agentic systems, including evaluation, latency, model behavior, and context considerations.
  • Product experience at B2B SaaS or AI-native companies, along with early-stage startup experience, founding experience, or experience as a first product manager.
  • Ability to work closely with engineers, understand delivery tradeoffs, and prototype with AI developer tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Experience building customer-facing products beyond internal tools, HR workflows, or APIs and integrations.
  • A record of sustained multi-year tenures in previous roles.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
