Key Responsibilities

Architect & Scale .NET Backends: Lead the development, performance tuning, and architectural evolution of enterprise-grade backend services using C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, and ASP.NET Web API.

Orchestrate Seamless APIs: Design, deploy, and maintain high-throughput RESTful APIs and integration layers to automate complex enterprise workflows and data exchange across distributed system layers.

Master SQL & Data Architecture: Architect relational database schemas, optimize complex SQL queries, manage stored procedures, and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed 3-tier architectures.

Modernize Codebases & Manage Tech Debt: Proactively refactor legacy systems, reverse-engineer undocumented workflows, and enforce modern software design patterns to enhance system stability and maintainability.

Drive Cloud & DevOps Integration: Integrate automated testing and build pipelines into cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) utilizing modern Git and CI/CD practices.

Elevate Engineering Standards: Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through constructive code reviews, author comprehensive technical documentation, and collaborate directly with U.S.-based client stakeholders.

What You Bring

Core Experience: 5+ years of dedicated professional backend engineering experience, with a proven track record of architecting scalable distributed backends in high-velocity startup or nearshore software environments.

.NET Ecosystem Mastery: Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, and modern microservices or 3-tier architecture paradigms.

Database Expertise: Deep hands-on experience managing SQL databases, including advanced schema design, indexing strategies, complex stored procedures, and query performance tuning.

Cloud & DevOps Literacy: Strong working knowledge of Git, automated CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform deployment patterns (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Engineering Autonomy: Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, a strong ownership mindset, and the ability to navigate complex codebases independently.

Language Proficiency: Advanced English fluency (both written and spoken) is mandatory for seamless, real-time collaboration with U.S.-based engineering teams and client leadership.
