Key Responsibilities

Lead Frontend Architecture: Own the technical health, rendering performance, and architectural evolution of complex, responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and ES6+.

Architect Scalable UI Systems: Build and maintain modular component libraries, design system integrations (Figma handoffs), and modern CSS architectures using Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules.

Orchestrate State & Data Flow: Design clean integration layers and efficient state management solutions using modern paradigms (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, or Context API) to consume RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

Optimize Web Performance & Quality: Proactively audit and refine Core Web Vitals, bundle sizes, and rendering efficiency while enforcing quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

Automate Tooling & Deployment: Establish modern build configurations (Vite, Webpack) and maintain frontend CI/CD deployment pipelines across cloud environments (Vercel, AWS S3/CloudFront, Azure App Services).

Elevate Engineering Standards: Drive deep code reviews, proactively manage technical debt, author clear technical documentation, and mentor mid-level and junior engineers in nearshore agile teams.

What You Bring

Core Experience: 5+ years of dedicated professional frontend engineering experience with a primary focus on architecting and scaling production React applications.

React & Ecosystem Mastery: Advanced expertise in React.js, TypeScript, modern state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query), and component-driven architecture.

Styling, Tooling & Testing: Deep fluency in modern CSS architectures (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components), build tools (Vite, Webpack), and automated testing frameworks (Jest, RTL, Cypress).

Cloud & DevOps Integration: Strong knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern static site/SPA hosting ecosystems (AWS S3/CloudFront, Vercel).

Nearshore Culture & Mindset: Proven track record in high-velocity, client-facing startup or nearshore software development environments with strong ownership and troubleshooting capabilities.

Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills (both written and spoken) are mandatory for direct collaboration with U.S.-based client teams and technical leaders.
