About the role

Description:

  • Designs Telco data models and Customer 360 structures that combine customer, account, service, billing and usage data.
  • Worked directly with Telco source systems and their data, including customer, billing and usage records.
  • Built logical and physical data models, database schemas and source-to-target mappings based on business requirements.
  • Designed Customer 360 models linking customer, account, subscriber and service data across sources, with clear identity rules, relationships and history.

Experience: 4+ years

Core Skills: Telco BSS/OSS/EDW data, data modelling, SQL, source-to-target mapping, customer identity, Customer 360
