Adapt to changing business needs by supporting different onshore agency teams and coordinating team support when needed.

Identify and optimize repetitive tasks, improving reporting efficiency and operational consistency.

Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation of workflows, data schemas, QA testing processes, and change logs.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data QA, preferably within a digital marketing agency, media agency, or commerce media environment.

Advanced, hands-on expertise in Power BI; experience with Datorama, Tableau, or Looker is highly valued.

Advanced Excel proficiency.

Proven understanding of software QA methodologies, test-case planning, and automated testing frameworks applied to data pipelines.

Deep familiarity with ad-tech and digital platforms, such as Google Campaign Manager, social platforms, and DSPs, as well as web analytics tools.

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within an onshore/offshore operating model.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
