Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer

Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to be responsible for the deployment, configuration, automation, and operational readiness of the proposed on-premises data platform and its supporting environments.

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Prepare and configure the platform deployment environments;
• Deploy and integrate application components and supporting services;
• Configure connectivity, runtime parameters, security, and secrets management;
• Establish deployment automation and release procedures;
• Implement or integrate monitoring, logging, and operational controls;
• Support infrastructure testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and handover;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 4+ years of professional experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, or DevOps;
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience deploying and operating enterprise applications, data platforms, or comparable multi-component solutions;
• Practical experience with on-premises or hybrid enterprise infrastructure environments;
• Linux administration and server-based application deployment;
• Virtual machine and container-based deployment models;
• Docker, container networking, application configuration, and runtime troubleshooting;
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, scripting, and deployment automation;
• Environment configuration and controlled deployment across DEV, UAT, and PROD;
• Networking, certificates, authentication, access controls, and secrets management;
• Monitoring, centralized logging, alerting, and operational troubleshooting;
• Backup, recovery, deployment rollback, and infrastructure security practices;
• Experience deploying and operating data orchestration platforms, ETL/ELT systems, relational databases, or other data-intensive applications;
• Kubernetes or OpenShift experience is beneficial but is not a mandatory requirement for the proposed architecture.

Relevant Technologies / Experience

• Linux, Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or equivalent technologies.
