About the role

About the Role

Join the mobile engineering team at a consumer internet marketplace company and help build and scale its iOS app. You will work closely with product, design, and backend partners to deliver polished features for creators.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship native iOS features in Swift, owning work from early ideas through launch.
  • Help define and evolve the app's architecture as the mobile team grows.
  • Create fast, polished interfaces and interactions tailored to creators.
  • Debug production issues and improve app reliability and performance.
  • Establish engineering practices and standards for mobile development.

What We're Looking For

  • One to five or more years of professional iOS development experience using Swift.
  • Hands-on depth in native iOS engineering, iOS fundamentals, and software architecture.
  • Experience building or scaling consumer iOS products, using MVVM or similar patterns.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently amid ambiguity, and deliver projects end to end.
  • Strong product judgment and attention to UI and interaction details.
  • Experience with consumer marketplaces or gamified products is helpful.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $130,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
