About the role

About the Role

Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will partner with customers and internal teams to turn business requirements into reliable agent implementations, then refine those systems based on real-world performance.

What You'll Do

  • Own customer agent implementations from initial scoping through launch, testing, and ongoing iteration.
  • Translate customer requirements into practical build plans and configure agent workflows and integrations.
  • Write and maintain code and implementation artifacts, including Python-based components where appropriate.
  • Validate integrations and agent behavior, and address reliability, security, and compliance considerations.
  • Work with product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market partners to surface customer needs and improve platform capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or implementation engineering.
  • Experience delivering production-grade technical solutions end to end, including structured execution, testing, validation, and iteration.
  • Ability to write code, including Python, and experience working with APIs and building integrations.
  • Background at a technically complex B2B SaaS company, with experience in enterprise systems such as ticketing, CRM, or data pipelines.
  • Experience building with or around LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.
  • Clear, polished communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior technical customer stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical background.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in San Francisco, California.
