About the role

About the Role

Join an AI/ML product team building software for physical systems and engineering design. You will help take new product capabilities from early ideas to production, with a focus on accelerating frontend delivery and growing into backend-focused full-stack work.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the frontend engineer to improve the product UI and move features into production faster.
  • Build new product features, infrastructure, and systems across the stack.
  • Own work end to end, including architecture, deployment, and reliability.
  • Establish effective practices for AI coding agent-assisted development.
  • Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers and AI researchers to prototype and refine product ideas for industrial customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to ten years of software engineering experience, including full-stack web product development.
  • Strong backend skills and solid frontend capabilities, with experience in React and TypeScript; .NET experience is relevant.
  • Experience taking products or major features from concept through production, especially in a startup environment.
  • Ability to use AI coding agents effectively and review, debug, and improve their output.
  • Experience owning architecture, deployment, and reliability, and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Interest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation.
  • Located in the United States or Canada and authorized to work there without visa sponsorship.
