About the role

About the Role

Join a growing forward-deployed engineering team bringing multimodal and agentic AI systems into production in the insurance sector. You will own customer deployments from initial scoping through launch, while helping shape the product based on real-world results.

What You'll Do

  • Deploy multimodal and agentic AI systems into production for senior customer stakeholders.
  • Lead customer engagements from scoping through go-live and serve as a primary technical contact.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer teams, understand their challenges, and align technical work with business goals.
  • Design and improve AI agents using prompt engineering, model integrations, and rapid prototyping.
  • Scope and develop product features that help customers scale and improve claims outcomes.
  • Integrate the product into customer environments by working hands-on with their technical teams, APIs, and systems.
  • Coordinate delivery with the core platform team and share production insights through internal playbooks.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering, as a founder or founding engineer, or as a software engineer seeking customer-facing work.
  • Experience deploying multimodal or agentic AI systems into production.
  • Hands-on experience integrating products or systems into customer environments, including work with APIs and technical teams.
  • Working knowledge of Python, cloud platforms, APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to connect technical concepts to business outcomes for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good judgment, a pragmatic approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
