About the Role

Join a construction technology team building autonomous software agents for complex, real-world operations. You will own product initiatives end to end, from shaping the problem to shipping and iterating on production systems with customers.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and ship autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for operational workflows.
  • Own product delivery across agent logic, backend services, frontend experiences, and customer iteration.
  • Take initiatives from an initial hypothesis through production deployment and ongoing improvement.
  • Develop procurement and contract management tools, while identifying and building other high-impact product ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of engineering experience in a startup or scale-up, with products you have owned and shipped end to end.
  • Experience designing autonomous or semi-autonomous systems and taking software from zero to production.
  • Strong TypeScript skills, with proficiency in NestJS and React.
  • Experience working across backend and frontend systems and collaborating directly with customers to validate and improve products.
  • Full spoken and written proficiency in German and English.
  • Experience with GCP, Hasura or GraphQL APIs, or Flutter is useful.
  • Background in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €80,000 to €120,000 annually. Equity options are available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Munich, Germany. Relocation to Munich is an option for candidates who are not currently based there.
