About the Role

Join an engineering team building AI software for enterprise procurement. This customer-facing role combines on-site discovery with hands-on product development, helping procurement teams solve practical problems and turning successful solutions into reusable platform capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Work on-site with procurement teams to understand their workflows and translate broad requests into clear problems.
  • Review agent conversations and execution traces to identify failure patterns, improve prompts and tool use, and create evaluation cases.
  • Build product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations that connect enterprise systems.
  • Take solutions from initial discovery through production rollout, observe real-world usage, and iterate based on what you learn.
  • Bring recurring customer needs into shared product and platform capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of professional experience delivering software used by real users.
  • Strong full-stack or backend foundations, including production APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Production experience with TypeScript or Python.
  • Experience translating customer discovery into shipped software and investigating system behavior through logs, traces, or conversation histories.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer work.
  • React, Next.js, other frontend frameworks, and experience connecting multiple systems or data sources are helpful.
  • Clear communication with users, IT teams, and engineers, with a practical, systematic approach to debugging and follow-through.
  • Procurement experience is not required.
