About the Role

Join the founding team of an early-stage healthtech company as its first GTM Engineer. You will build the sales engine alongside the founders, selling software to veterinary practices and helping shape the company's path to growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identify prospective veterinary practices, manage first conversations, and close deals.
  • Develop and refine outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
  • Build customer relationships that support retention, upsells, and referrals.
  • Own CRM data, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Run structured tests of messaging, channels, and target segments.
  • Share customer and market feedback with the product and founding teams.
  • Help recruit, onboard, and train future sales team members.
  • Document and improve sales processes and playbooks.

What We're Looking For

  • Two to five years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM, with direct responsibility for pipeline generation and closing.
  • Experience managing full B2B sales cycles, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software, and comfort selling to SMB or mid-market customers.
  • Native-level German, fluent spoken and written German, and professional English communication.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms, including pipeline management, data hygiene, and reporting.
  • Experience with multi-channel outreach, sales messaging and targeting tests, and post-sale customer relationships.
  • Early-stage startup experience and familiarity with healthcare, veterinary, or other regulated professional services are helpful.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment, taking ownership, and translating customer conversations into product insights.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €60,000 to €70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in Berlin, Germany.
