We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to collaborate with an in-house creative team working across D2C, lifestyle, luxury, and premium consumer brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sensibility, a refined creative aesthetic, and a portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing high-quality visual assets for consumer-facing brands.

In this role, you will work closely with the creative team and Creative Director to translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs that align with brand identities, campaign objectives, and audience expectations. You should be comfortable adapting to different brand guidelines, incorporating feedback, managing revisions, and delivering polished creative assets within agreed timelines.

This is a dedicated, full-time remote contractual engagement suited to a designer who combines creative thinking with strong execution, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design and Creative Execution

• Develop high-quality graphic design assets for D2C, lifestyle, luxury, and premium consumer brands.
• Translate creative briefs, concepts, and campaign requirements into engaging, polished, and visually appealing designs.
• Create digital creatives, marketing collateral, promotional materials, and brand communication assets based on project requirements.
• Apply strong principles of typography, layout, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ensure that all creative outputs maintain high visual standards and align with the intended brand positioning.

2. Brand Identity and Consistency

• Maintain consistency across brand guidelines, visual identities, and communication styles.
• Adapt design approaches to suit different brand aesthetics, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Demonstrate an understanding of premium visual communication, refined aesthetics, and consumer-focused design.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.

3. Collaboration and Creative Direction

• Collaborate with the in-house creative team and work under the guidance of the Creative Director.
• Interpret feedback from clients and internal stakeholders and incorporate revisions effectively.
• Participate in creative discussions and contribute ideas that enhance visual quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Communicate design decisions, clarify requirements, and maintain alignment with project expectations.

4. Project and Delivery Management

• Manage multiple design assignments while prioritising tasks according to deadlines and business requirements.
• Deliver creative assets within agreed timelines without compromising quality.
• Organise design files, maintain version control, and ensure deliverables are properly prepared for handover.
• Work independently while remaining responsive to the wider creative team's requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from initial brief through final delivery.

Must-Have Skills

• Graphic Design: Approximately 5 years of professional experience creating high-quality visual assets.
• Typography: Strong understanding of font selection, readability, hierarchy, and typographic composition.
• Layout and Composition: Ability to structure visual elements effectively and create balanced, engaging designs.
• Strong understanding of colour theory, visual hierarchy, and design principles.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing work for D2C, lifestyle, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, accept creative direction, and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Video Editing: Ability to create or edit short-form videos and other basic visual content for digital marketing and social media.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animated creatives, and multimedia content formats.
• Experience adapting creative assets for different digital platforms and marketing channels.
• Experience working with multiple brands or supporting an in-house creative team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a refined eye for aesthetics, particularly within premium, lifestyle-led, and consumer-facing categories. They should demonstrate versatility through their portfolio, understand the importance of brand identity, and be able to translate creative direction into visually consistent, high-quality deliverables.

Candidates with relevant industry experience and a strong portfolio will be prioritised. Video editing capabilities are an advantage, but graphic design expertise remains the primary requirement.

Engagement Details

• Work Arrangement: Fully remote
• Contract: Dedicated, full-time engagement
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Monthly Budget: ₹40,000–₹45,000
• Experience: Approximately 5 years
• Selection Criteria: Portfolio quality, creative execution, relevant industry experience, and ability to meet deadlines
