About the Role

Join an internal AI product team at a Series B financial technology company building AI-powered software for accounting workflows. You will help make the business more effective by embedding AI agents into everyday work and shaping how people and agents collaborate as the company grows.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship internal AI agents that can contribute code, maintain company knowledge, and handle workflows from end to end.
  • Own context architecture by defining trusted sources of information and keeping documentation aligned with how the business operates.
  • Design integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) services that let agents access internal tools.
  • Create evaluation suites, monitor agent performance, and iterate on agent behavior.
  • Develop infrastructure, interfaces, and operating models for effective human-agent collaboration.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to fifteen years of experience as a product manager, engineer, or founder building B2B software.
  • Experience in a technical product role at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startup, with a record of launching products in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
  • Professional software engineering experience, including shipping production code, or strong proficiency building with AI coding tools.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize AI initiatives with meaningful long-term business impact.
  • Experience working with engineering teams on technical products such as AI agents or data platforms, with an understanding of software development lifecycle automation.
  • Strong STEM background and experience working outside large technology companies in recent years.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $175,000 to $275,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
