About the role

About the Role

Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building software for enterprise SAP transformation projects. You will establish quality practices across conventional software testing and evaluation of AI-generated outputs, helping ensure teams can rely on the platform's results.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain automated end-to-end, integration, and regression test coverage across the platform.
  • Develop evaluation harnesses, golden datasets, and scoring criteria to measure the accuracy of AI-generated artifacts and detect regressions.
  • Define release quality gates and document criteria for blocking releases.
  • Improve CI reliability by addressing flaky tests, slow pipelines, and unclear failures.
  • Perform exploratory and release testing of customer-facing workflows, triage defects, verify fixes, and identify recurring failure patterns.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in QA, SDET, or test engineering for production software, with ownership of test frameworks and automated coverage.
  • Automation experience with Python and/or TypeScript, a modern end-to-end framework such as Playwright or Cypress, and API testing.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Comfort creating QA practices in an early-stage environment with evolving priorities and undefined scope.
  • Experience testing systems with non-deterministic outputs; production experience evaluating LLM-powered or agentic features is valuable.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software such as SAP, ERP, or CRM, or tools such as Tricentis or Worksoft, is an advantage.
  • Performance, load, or security testing experience, and ability to contribute code fixes, are beneficial.
  • Professional-to-fluent spoken English for daily collaboration with a distributed team.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is $5,000 to $6,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available. This is a contractor position; employment under a local CLT arrangement is not available.

Location

Hybrid role based in São Paulo, Brazil.
