As a CTO - AI & Enterprise Automation, you will lead the vision and execution of next-generation AI and automation solutions for enterprise customers, driving technical excellence across the stack while partnering with product, design, and business teams. You will architect and scale robust, event‑driven services built on Python and TypeScript, leveraging FastAPI to expose clean REST APIs and webhooks that integrate with third‑party systems. You will steer the engineering culture, ensuring high‑quality code, CI/CD pipelines, and cross‑functional collaboration, while translating strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps.

Your influence will extend to talent acquisition, mentorship, and continuous improvement of engineering processes, positioning the organization at the forefront of AI‑powered enterprise transformation.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

  • Define and execute the technical strategy for AI and automation platform development.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance event‑driven services using Python, TypeScript, and FastAPI.
  • Build and expose scalable REST APIs and webhooks that integrate with external SaaS and legacy systems.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices to accelerate delivery.
  • Mentor and grow a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Champion security, data privacy, and compliance across all platform components.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and performance tuning to ensure system resilience and scalability.
  • Drive adoption of emerging AI/ML technologies, evaluating frameworks and libraries for implementation.
  • Represent the technology vision to stakeholders, investors, and partners in a clear, persuasive manner.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

  • Proven experience as a technical leader, ideally with a CTO or Head of Engineering role.
  • Deep proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and FastAPI, with a strong grasp of RESTful design principles.
  • Hands‑on experience building and scaling event‑driven microservices and webhook integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams through complex, multi‑phase projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML pipelines, data engineering, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends in AI and automation.
  • A collaborative approach, with a history of mentoring junior engineers and fostering talent development.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and driving results under ambiguity.
