About the Role

Join a small, fast-moving team building AI coding agents for financial research workflows. As an early engineering hire, you will help mature the product and work directly with customers to turn their research needs into reliable software.

What You'll Do

  • Build and improve coding agents that create custom data pipelines, web scrapers, and dashboards.
  • Manage remote development environments and infrastructure for customer agent deployments.
  • Work directly with customers to understand research goals and deliver tailored software solutions.
  • Take features from initial design and scoping through implementation and delivery.
  • Develop agent skills, tool libraries, and scaffolding that expand the platform's capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Two to four years of full-stack product engineering experience, with end-to-end work across frontend, backend, and data.
  • Experience shipping applied product engineering work, including LLM-powered applications or coding agents.
  • Proficiency with Python, React, SQL, PostgreSQL, and DuckDB, plus familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks.
  • Experience building data pipelines with web scraping, API integrations, and ETL across structured or unstructured sources.
  • Customer-facing engineering experience, including translating requirements into shipped products.
  • Background or interest in finance, investing, financial data products, or research tooling.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a STEM field, with strong engineering fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated initiative through shipped projects, open-source work, technical writing, or measurable contributions at a startup.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $165,000 to $210,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
