As a VP Product, you will helm the end-to-end product strategy for our digital finance ecosystem, driving innovation across loans, insurance, and investment products while embedding advanced AI capabilities to deliver personalized customer experiences. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and compliance teams to define precise roadmaps, set KPI targets, and ensure rapid, compliant deployment to market. Your focus will be on scaling the portfolio globally, leveraging fintech partnerships and regulatory insights to create differentiated offerings that resonate with diverse demographics.

You will cultivate a dataโ€‘driven culture, champion agile methodologies, and mentor a highโ€‘performing product team to not only meet but exceed growth and profitability objectives.

  • Lead product vision, strategy, and portfolio management for digital lending, insurance, and investment solutions.
  • Drive AI and machine learning initiatives to enhance credit scoring, underwriting, risk assessment, and recommendation engines.
  • Collaborate with crossโ€‘functional squads to design, test, and launch new features within iterative sprints.
  • Define product metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks, working closely with legal and risk teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, fintech vendors, and data providers to extend product capabilities.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across product initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop product managers and analysts to foster growth and innovation.
  • Communicate product vision and performance to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Advocate for a customerโ€‘centric design approach, integrating user research and usability testing into the product lifecycle.

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in product management within fintech, focusing on digital lending, insurance, or investment products.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling AIโ€‘driven product features that significantly improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Deep understanding of credit risk models, underwriting processes, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to lead crossโ€‘functional teams, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive product decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • Experience in agile product development, sprint planning, and iterative release cycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, capable of influencing executive leadership and external partners.
  • Passion for staying abreast of emerging fintech trends, AI advancements, and evolving consumer expectations.
  • Experience with scaling product operations in highโ€‘growth environments, including talent acquisition and talent development.
  • A strategic thinker who balances longโ€‘term vision with shortโ€‘term execution, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership.
