About the Role

Join an AI construction technology team to bring practical general contractor project management judgment to its 4D scheduling capability. You will help shape how construction projects are planned and executed, connecting 3D models with schedules and planning data.

What You'll Do

  • Help design and build 4D scheduling capabilities grounded in real construction planning and execution.
  • Guide product and engineering decisions using hands-on general contractor project management experience.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings as part of your day-to-day work.
  • Collaborate with engineers on technical and AI-related work without needing to write code.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 8 to 12 or more years of construction project management experience spanning project planning and execution.
  • Experience managing complex construction projects across the United States, including oversight of projects or project managers from start to finish.
  • General contracting background, with experience beyond exclusively on-site field execution or superintendent work.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Experience owning schedules in P6/Primavera or 4D/BIM tools, and using or building AI or automation to improve scheduling.
  • Construction management or civil engineering background is relevant; curiosity about technology and AI is valued.
  • Must be located in the United States and be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California. The role involves working in person with the team approximately one week per month.
