About the Role

Join a B2B AI company in a highly technical, customer-facing role at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and insurance brokerage customers. You will help prospects understand the platform, build and validate customer-specific solutions, and turn deployment experience into product and sales improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales to design and deliver pilots that demonstrate value to prospective customers.
  • Translate insurance workflows into extensible Python scripts and agent skills, and own the technical architecture for customer deployments.
  • Configure and validate integrations with agency management systems, CRMs, carrier portals, and other data sources.
  • Lead technical discovery, demos, and deployments while supporting customer enablement and adoption.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering, and help improve the deployment playbook.

What We're Looking For

  • Two to six years of experience in a pre-sales technical role, such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer, working with account executives to support discovery, demos, and pilots.
  • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience configuring integrations and APIs.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical buyers and executives.
  • Experience managing multiple active accounts or opportunities and staying hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools and exposure to insurance, brokerage, or vertical SaaS workflows is valuable.
  • Experience at a high-bar B2B technology company or startup is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
