About the role

About the Role

Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building a product that helps go-to-market teams coordinate outreach and use AI agents to research, draft, and enroll leads. You will work closely with the founders and help shape the product while shipping improvements to customers every week.

What You'll Do

  • Build and improve customer-facing sequence and enrollment tools, including per-lead customization, multiple senders, and conditional branching.
  • Develop embedded AI agent experiences for research, drafting, and enrollment, along with evaluation and observability tools that help customers trust their results.
  • Bring existing features to production-ready quality across the user experience and backend.
  • Work directly with customers in real-time communication channels to understand requests and turn feedback into product improvements.
  • Collaborate with the founders on product direction and make thoughtful refinements to how users understand and interact with the product.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to four years of experience building and shipping production software at early-stage startups.
  • Full-stack experience with Next.js, React, Python, and FastAPI, including taking customer requests from interface through backend and deployment.
  • Experience building and shipping features with Supabase or a similar backend-as-a-service platform.
  • A degree or equivalent professional background in computer science, data science, industrial engineering, or operations.
  • Strong product judgment, practical problem-solving skills, and a track record of fast iteration, demonstrated through shipped side projects, open-source work, or other relevant work.
  • Experience working directly with customers and translating their feedback into product changes.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in San Francisco, California.
